The Park is designed to be a flexible, welcoming place for the community. Whether you’re hosting a workshop, Bible study, rehearsal, art class, small group, or private event, our space adapts to your needs.**

Pricing

Our standard rental rate upon opening will start at $50/hour, which helps cover rent, utilities, and ongoing improvements to make The Park the best possible space for our community.

Early Adopter Special
To thank those who help us launch, we’re offering limited-time early adopter rates for those who purchase regular weekly bookings. This is your chance to be among the first to use the space, shape its future, and lock in a significant savings. As an added benefit, early adopters will receive priority booking--giving you the first choice of time slots so you can select the times that work best for you before the general schedule fills.

Early adopter pricing is only available for a limited number of bookings while we get The Park up and running—don’t miss it!

Early Adopter Park Rental Rates:

5 hours/week for as low as $400/monthly

up to

20 hours/week for as low as $1000/monthly**

**The Park will either be in a small studio (approx. 600 square foot) or a large studio (approx. 1300 square foot), final space size decided by the majority space use needs in our community. Final rental pricing will align with the actual space size leased. The Park is a welcoming space and all events need to align with our community values. Parent/Pre-K Open Play

Weekday mornings at The Park are for Parent/Pre-K Open Play!** We’re excited to invite you and your littles into a bright and fun space.

Here’s what to expect:

• Montessori-style activities

• Rotating learning/play stations

• Reading corner

• Snacks and drinks for purchase

• Table and lounge space for working parents

• Free high-speed Wi-Fi 

Play sessions are in two-hour blocks, and you’re welcome to come and go within your session.

Building community takes time and ongoing connection, so with this in mind, The Park is offering monthly individual and family memberships that allow unlimited access to The Park's Open Hours [at least 10 hours/month depending on availability].** After The Park opens there will also be an option of single day passes.  Early bird membership pricing below is only available during our November 2025 crowdfunding campaign in preparation for The Park’s opening (planned for early 2026).

Early bird membership: Only $18 for a 1-month individual membership

Only $60 for a 1-month family membership (up to 4 people)

*Early bird memberships are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Up to 3 early bird memberships can be purchased per family.

Space is limited due to the cozy, community-oriented design of The Park, so reservations will be highly encouraged.

**At least one child under kindergarten age needs to be present with caregivers in order to participate in the Parent/Pre-K Open Play time. Children under age 2 are free. Parent/Pre-K membership holders can also utilize their memberships during Community Open Hangout time. Each membership includes 10 priority hours per month. Once those hours are used, members may continue reserving open time slots, with priority reserved for pass holders who have not yet reached their included hours. 

Community Open Hangout

Weekday evenings at The Park are for our community open hangout time! We’re excited to get to know you, our neighbors, and have a safe and comfortable spot to spend time together.

• Play items for kids (books, toys, etc)

• Comfortable seating and lounge space

• Games for everyone to enjoy

• Snacks and drinks for purchase

• Free high-speed Wi-Fi
